“So much delicious food! Kathryn (not sure that’s how she spells it) was an amazing guide. We tasted all the Greek specialties, learned to drink Ouzo properly, watched coffee being brewed on a sand table, and actually had to take away the gyro from the last stop because we couldn’t eat another bite! There’s a lot of walking, it’s mostly flat but somewhat uneven in places. We walked through the meat, fish, and vegetable markets, which are worth a look unless you’re vegan or afraid of huge cleavers.
