Second, we were told by the guide she was a last minute replacement for the actual guide. Third, we wasted a good 20 minutes because the audio devices we were given couldn’t worked with the guide’s audio. Finally, they found one working and we could start the tour. Because the group was over 20 people we needed those devices to hear the guide talk. We believe the replacement guide wasn’t too familiar with the tour as she had to do it in both French…”
